paris welcomes the amazing parisian na'ima aria vanderbilt.
lets start with the basics, shall we? tell me all about the name thats being whispered all around paris as we speak.
my name is na'ma aria vanderbilt. it's pretty unique i guess, uhm na’ima comes from my dad, he spent a lot of time in israel for work and a lot of the places in the middle east and he really liked it. so he told my mum that’s what they were calling me. i’ve gotten some pretty interesting nicknames out of that, but i stick to nai, if you call me ima i will hurt you. aria is the name my mum gave to me and it came from grandmother. vanderbilt obviously came from my dad [/ul] remind me again, what was the name of that lovely town you grew up in? i was born in zwelitsha, south africa. lived there my whole life excepting this last year. [/ul] brilliant. and for how long have you been gracing this world with your presence? eighteen crazy years, it'll be nineteen on october fourth. [/ul] and now, can you to tell us what brought you to paris?well, besides that it's the most amazing city ever? work. i was living in south africa when i was scouted, i left without telling my mum or my dad - not that he's ever around to care and when he is he is to busy drinking and yelling. so, i went to london first then came here. i love both cities, but paris is my favourite. [/ul] amazing story. and now, tell us all about the people you call family. they must be amazing, considering they're related to you. ah, *laughs*, well my family... there is my mother who is my rock. i'd be nowhere without her, she is like my best friend. then i have my aunt kelia who is only actually three years older then me, my mom got pregnant young and so did my grandmother. my dad... well, i pretty much say i have an absent father. he's not around much, he's a journalist and he writes novels so he's always gone researching stuff. he's only around between projects or when he thinks he has to be there, but he's only ever made it to like one of my birthdays. back in south africa we all lived together, it wasn't that cramped cus my dad makes pretty good money so we could afford a nice roomy house. [/ul] what are the three words that define you? loving, laid back, outgoing [/ul] if you could be anyone you wanted for a day, who would you be? the queen. i'd love to get my way all the time, you know?[/ul] name two things you simply can't live without. my mobile and german chocolate cake [/ul] care to tell us a bit about your style? uhm, it's mostly designer stuff, the joys of all those freebies. i love to buy shoes, i'm the typical girl shoe buyer i won't even lie to you *laughs* but really i don't wear them much, i stick to my slops. uh, i pretty much just like simple stuff, nice skinny jeans or a pencil skirt with a flowy bouse or a button up. oh, i'm in love with pea coats & blazers right now, they are the greatest. [/ul] now, the last question. you've died and are in the presence of god, trying to convince him you should go to heaven. what would you say? huh. wow. that's not something you get asked everyday now is it? well, i guess i'd say i've never done anything so horrible that i'm not "worthy" or whatever for heaven. maybe i'll pull out a pie chart, that makes everything look more official. [/ul] hello, fla. this is lizzie bee . i'm sixty four and i've been rping for two minutes. as for my pb choice, i've used the epitome of perfection; candice swanepoel for my character.
